Because "Healing the Heart and Mind" is delivered as an instant digital download (PDF format), we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been purchased and accessed. This is standard industry practice for immediate-access digital goods.

Exceptions & Technical Issues

We want you to have a seamless experience. If you experience technical issues downloading the file, the file is corrupted, or if you accidentally purchased the book multiple times, please contact us immediately.

You can reach out within 7 days of purchase at info@muslimcbt.com. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
